Development Feasibility Analysis

The Mamre Road Precinct is within the Western Sydney Employment Area and was rezoned by State Environmental Planning Policy (Western Sydney Employment Area) 2009 in June 2020.

The draft Mamre Road Precinct development control plan was publicly exhibited in December 2020, setting out the planning controls to guide future development in the Precinct including building controls, road network, drainage strategy and landscaping and biodiversity controls.

What we did

Atlas was engaged by NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI) to review proposed water cycle management development standards and test their impact on financial feasibility of development.

The outcome

The findings assisted DPHI in its consideration of on-site and off-site water cycle management solutions for the Mamre Road Precinct.

The Mamre Road Precinct Development Control Plan was adopted in November 2021.
